This training opportunity consists of a series of four one-hour web sessions. In a four week period of time, users will learn how to effectively enter a community benefit program and how to use the CBISA™ tool for comprehensive tracking and reporting. And best of all ... It's free!

CBISA Basic™ Training
CBISA Basic™ is a one day, hands on training course designed to give Administrators, Coordinators and Finance personnel the information they need to successfully begin using CBISA Online™. This training will cover introductory information about "what counts", data entry, setting defaults and reporting.

CBISA Advanced™ Training
This is a one day course designed specifically for community benefit professionals and will cover a variety of topics. All attendees should have a basic level of experience and understanding of CBISA™ (data entry, defaults, previewing reports) and community benefit (definitions, categories, importance).
