Training
Training is recommended for all CBISA users, whether you are new to the program or you have attended earlier sessions. These sessions are extremely beneficial for new users and excellent refreshers for seasoned CBISA users. Classes cover basic program operation and any new features along with upgrades to the software. Training sessions are hands-on and provide users with new confidence and ability to use the software as effectively as possible.
Topics include tracking and reporting on the quantifiable numerical statistics (Activities & Occurrences, Financial Services) and the non-quantifiable or narrative aspects of community benefit information (Leadership Journal and Outcomes). Attendees will also have the opportunity to discover what resources are available to help with the collection of community benefit data and gain insight into the process through group discussion.
