CBISA™ Free Web Training Course

Lyon Software offers free web training courses to provide new CBISA™ users basic information to get them started using CBISA Online™. This course is designed for administrators, coordinators, and finance personnel responsible for capturing, tracking, and reporting community benefit statistics, narratives, and outcomes. All attendees should have already subscribed to CBISA Online™.

Who should attend?

• CBISA™ System Administrators
• CBISA™ Coordinators
• CBISA™ Finance personnel responsible for the IRS 990 Schedule H

Topics covered include:

• Basic Training (Navigating CBISA™, Defaults, Role Based Access)
• Capturing Program Information
• Role of Finance
• Telling Your Story (and Additional Functionality)

Key Learning Objectives:

• Learn how to set up your workstation to properly view CBISA™ and navigate through the various modules and sub menus
• Understand the importance of correctly entering in the quantifiable community benefit program, statistical occurrence, and financial information into CBISA™
• Learn how to capture narrative and evaluation information in CBISA™

Special Session for Reporters:

Approximately every other month, a special training session will be provided for Reporters. The Reporters training will be approximately one hour in length and will provide basic instruction on updating a user account, entering program data and statistical occurrences, and adding leadership journal narratives. This course is designed for users with the permission level "Reporter" or for coordinators who want to better understand the role of the Reporter.
